Bible stories
that make kids
move
SoulStrength Fit Kids — the only program that teaches children the Bible through movement and exercise, making Scripture fun, engaging, and unforgettable.
Most kids programs either get children moving OR teach the Bible. SoulStrength Fit Kids does both at once. Built by an elementary school teacher with 20+ years of experience and a Master’s in Education, each of the 14 lessons brings Scripture alive through kinesthetic learning that actually sticks.
Kids don’t just
watch the Bible —
they experience it
When children act out Daniel facing the lions, jump like the waves Jesus walked on, or pretend to be animals boarding the ark, Scripture moves from their ears into their bodies. Kinesthetic learning is how children naturally retain what they learn — and it’s what makes SoulStrength Fit Kids different from every other kids’ program.
Bible Stories in Motion
Each lesson brings a Bible story to life through guided exercises. Kids act out the story as they hear it, connecting scripture to their bodies and imaginations in a way that sticks.
Kinesthetic Learning
Research shows children retain lessons longer when body and mind engage together. Built on 20+ years of classroom experience and a Master’s in Education, the program uses proven teaching methods.
Worksheets for Reinforcement
Each lesson includes worksheets with writing, coloring, counting, and word recognition activities — reinforcing the Bible story and building early learning skills at the same time.

The real test:
do kids actually love it?
My favorite is David and Goliath. I had so much fun pretending to be David and I got to pretend I was using a slingshot! I always feel happy after!
The Lost Sheep is my favorite video. The sheep are so funny, and I love them! I like doing SoulStrength Fit Kids after I finish my schoolwork. It’s fun when my mom does them with me!
I like pretending I’m in the Bible stories. My favorite was jumping like the waves when Jesus walked on water. It made the story really fun!
The Noah’s Ark video was so much fun! I liked pretending to be all the animals walking into the ark two by two, and then we got to be the rain coming down. It was awesome acting like we were building the big boat!
Built by a teacher,
not just a mom
Kelly spent over 20 years as an elementary school teacher with a Master’s in Education before founding SoulStrength Fit. She knows how kids actually learn — not in theory, but from two decades in real classrooms. SoulStrength Fit Kids applies that expertise to Scripture, combining faith, movement, and evidence-based teaching into something genuinely new.
Equip your children’s ministry
with something different
Every children’s ministry is different. Kelly partners with churches, homeschool co-ops, and ministry leaders to bring SoulStrength Fit Kids into their community — including group licensing, curriculum support, and optional family events.
What children’s ministry
leaders usually ask
What age range is this for?
SoulStrength Fit Kids is designed for children roughly ages 3 through 10. The movement-based format keeps younger kids engaged, while the Scripture content and worksheets provide depth for older elementary-aged children. Our sweet spot is preschool through early elementary.
How long is each lesson?
Each video lesson runs approximately 10–15 minutes — the ideal attention span for younger kids. With worksheets and optional discussion, a full lesson experience runs 20–30 minutes, perfect for a Sunday school class or weeknight kids ministry.
Do we need special equipment?
No special equipment. Kids just need space to move safely. The exercises are age-appropriate body-weight movements — jumping, stretching, acting out motions. No mats, weights, or gear required. Works in a classroom, fellowship hall, or living room.
How does this fit with our existing children’s ministry curriculum?
Most children’s ministries use SoulStrength Fit Kids as a supplement, not a replacement. It works beautifully as an opening activity before your regular lesson, a rotation station during small groups, or a special element for holidays (Christmas and Easter lessons included). Many leaders also use it as a Wednesday night or rotation week resource.
What does it cost for a church?
Licensing varies by church size and usage. Individual family access starts at a one-time low cost, but churches typically license for ongoing group use. Pricing is handled on a consultation basis so we can match the right option to your ministry. The self-service consumer version on SoulStrength Fit is also available.
Can Kelly visit our church for a family event?
Yes. Kelly occasionally speaks at family-focused events, VBS kickoffs, and children’s ministry retreats. This is a separate engagement with its own scheduling and rates, but it integrates naturally with the curriculum. Mention it in your inquiry and we’ll discuss options.
