What ministry leaders
usually ask

Do our women need to be “fit” or have a fitness background?

Not at all. Transform Daily is designed for women at every fitness level. Each workout is taught in two levels side-by-side — Foundations (for beginners or those returning to exercise) and the regular level. The Scripture and devotional teaching is the same for everyone. This is a program for women first, with fitness as part of the discipleship, not a barrier to it.

How does the weekly rhythm work?

Each week includes 6 daily devotionals, 3 strength workouts (about 30 minutes each), and 3 Holy Health coaching lessons. Women complete these on their own time through the SoulStrength Fit app, then come together as a small group once a week to discuss, pray, and encourage each other.

How much prep time does the leader need each week?

The Leader Guide is designed to minimize prep. Most leaders spend 20–30 minutes per week reviewing the upcoming session’s discussion questions, reflection prompts, and prayer points. You don’t teach the content — participants complete their devotionals, workouts, and coaching lessons through the app throughout the week. Your role is to facilitate discussion, prayer, and accountability.

What equipment do women need?

Very little. Most women complete the program with just a set of light dumbbells and a mat. Workouts can be done at home, in a church gym, or together as a small group — whatever works for your community. No gym membership required.

Is the Transform Planner required to run the program?

No. The Transform Planner is a complementary tool that helps women turn the 8-week experience into structured daily practice — built specifically to align with each week of the devotional. The Transform Daily devotional and Leader Guide form the core of the program. The Planner adds depth for women who want to track habits, plan their weeks, and integrate faith and health planning into one place. It’s in development now and will be available soon.

Can we adapt the timeline — shorter or longer than 8 weeks?

The 8-week structure is the recommended rhythm because each week builds on the last, but we’ve worked with churches adapting it to seasonal timing (Advent, Lent, Summer sessions) or extending it to 10–12 weeks for deeper discussion. Reach out and we’ll help you design the right structure for your calendar.

Can Kelly personally speak at our kickoff or closing event?

Yes. Kelly regularly partners with churches running Transform Daily by speaking at kickoff events, retreat weekends, or closing celebrations — in person or virtually. This is a separate speaking engagement with its own scheduling and rates, but it integrates beautifully with the curriculum. Mention it in your inquiry and we’ll discuss.

What does it cost?

Pricing varies based on partnership type (curriculum only, with Kelly’s speaking, virtual leadership, etc.) and is handled on a consultation basis. Church and small group pricing is structured to be accessible for ministries of every size. We’ll walk you through options during the initial conversation and tailor something that works for your budget.
